A combination of hits and misses
The hotel staff were incredibly attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable! The delicious breakfast and complimentary massage were highlights that set such a positive tone for each day! !
The location, although convenient, was marred by noise from the nearby bustling areas, disrupting an otherwise peaceful ambiance.

The staff were remarkably attentive and made us feel welcome right from our arrival with a refreshing welcome drink and cold towels, setting the tone for a delightful stay.
There was noticeable street noise that occasionally disrupted the tranquility around the pool area, especially at night.

Despite the appealing atmosphere of the garden and pool area, the rooms are showing their age with dated decor and some fittings that could really use maintenance. Power sockets are awkwardly placed, and I encountered issues with mosquitoes as well. Breakfast was decent, but the lunch and dinner options left a lot to be desired—poor quality fish and hard potatoes made for less enjoyable meals. the timing of the airport pick-up was a concern, resulting in some unnecessary anxiety upon arrival.

Had a boss stay, la! The staff were dead sound, always chattin' and helpin'. The pool area was proper lush, perfect for chillin' after a long day! Only downside was the slightly pricey meals. But the complimentary massage was top-notch!

Exceptional hospitality and great amenities!
I recently spent two nights at this fantastic hotel during my trip to Siem Reap and was blown away by the level of care from the staff. They arranged a delightful welcome drink and even provided us with a fruit platter in our room, which was a lovely touch. The complimentary massage was incredibly relaxing, perfect after a long day exploring the temples. I did notice that the balcony in our room wasn’t usable, but honestly, we spent so little time there that it wasn’t a big deal at all.

Family recommends it for luxurious getaway
The decor was stunning everywhere! The pool area was a beautiful oasis where we could cool off after a long day of exploring, and the staff were remarkably attentive. We arranged a temple tour through the hotel with a knowledgeable guide who knew all the best photo spots, and it made our trip unforgettable. Sitting by that lovely quiet pool in the afternoon, soaking up the serenity, was the perfect touch to each day.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but you get what you pay for, and it was worth it.
